These Membership Terms of Service are effective as of October 1, 2026. You can access the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy by clicking on the respective links.

SkalePLUS Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "SkalePLUS") allows you to access certain premium features, content, programs, and resources in exchange for a one-time or recurring fee, as applicable (the "Member Services"). Your transactions and any other use of the Member Services are subject to these SkalePLUS Membership Terms of Service ("Membership Terms of Service"). By using a Member Service, you agree to (1) these Membership Terms of Service; and (2) SkalePLUS's Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and all other terms and conditions that generally apply to the SkalePLUS website and application (collectively, the "Terms"). Please read the Terms carefully. If you do not agree to any part of the Terms, you should not use the Member Services.
Fees.Fees for the Member Services may be charged on a one-time, recurring, or other basis, as applicable to the Member Service and as described at the time of purchase or transaction. One-time fees may include commissions, transaction fees, or other fees applicable to the Member Service. Where a Member Service is provided on a recurring subscription basis, the applicable subscription period and fee will begin at the time of purchase. Your subscription begins upon payment of the applicable subscription fee and, unless otherwise stated, will automatically renew for the applicable subscription period upon payment of the recurring subscription fee.
Billing.Recurring subscription charges are processed according to the applicable subscription billing cycle. Monthly subscriptions generally renew on the corresponding calendar date of the following month, and annual subscriptions generally renew on the corresponding calendar date of the following year. Where a renewal date falls on the last day of a month, the renewal date may remain on the last day of the following month.
Payment.SkalePLUS accepts payment through the payment methods available at the time of purchase, which may include credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods that we may make available from time to time. You agree to abide by applicable Terms of Service or other agreements governing your use of a payment method or payment processing service, including those provided by SkalePLUS or third-party payment providers such as Toss, Stripe, or others.You agree to pay all fees applicable to the Member Services you purchase, except during a trial period. SkalePLUS will charge your credit card or other form of payment for the price listed on the relevant Member Services offer, along with any additional amounts relating to applicable taxes, bank fees, currency fluctuations, or other applicable charges.You understand that all our subscription plans are automatically renewing subscriptions and you authorize SkalePLUS to charge the payment method on file for each renewal in accordance with the applicable billing cycle. If the payment method on file becomes invalid, expires, is declined, or otherwise cannot be processed during the subscription renewals, SkalePLUS may suspend or restrict access to the applicable Member Services until payment is successfully processed. After repeated unsuccessful payment attempts, or if you fail to update your payment information within a reasonable period, SkalePLUS may cancel the applicable subscription and restrict access to the applicable Member Services.Prices for Member Services may change at any time. SkalePLUS does not provide price protection or refunds or credits solely as a result of a subsequent price reduction, discount, promotional offering, or special offer. Any change to the price of a recurring subscription will apply to subsequent renewal charges, subject to any notice, consent, or other requirements under applicable law.
Taxes.If SkalePLUS is required to collect or pay any taxes in connection with your purchase of Member Services, such taxes will be charged to you at the time of each purchase, transaction or other appropriate time as applicable. Additionally, if required by law, you are responsible for reporting and paying certain taxes in connection with your purchase and use of Member Services. Such taxes may include duties, customs fees, or other taxes (other than income tax), along with any related penalties or interest, as applicable to your purchase or country of purchase.
Cancellations and Refunds.You can cancel your Member Services at any time. Your auto renewing subscription to Member Services may be canceled at any time before the end of the current billing period, and the cancellation will take effect on the next billing period, except as otherwise communicated to you by SkalePLUS. You will retain access to the Member Services from the time you cancel until the start of the next billing period, and will not receive a refund or credit for any remaining days in your current billing period, unless otherwise required by applicable law.If SkalePLUS reasonably determines that a user has violated these Membership Terms of Service, SkalePLUS may immediately terminate the subscription and the user's access to Member Services without notice, subject to applicable law.
Free Trials.SkalePLUS may offer free trials to new Member Service subscribers. If you initiate a subscription to Member Services through a free trial offer, you will receive free access to such Member Services for the duration of the free trial period. At the end of the applicable free trial period, you will be charged the price of the subscription and will continue to be charged in accordance with the applicable billing cycle until you cancel your subscription. To avoid any charges, you must cancel before the end of the free trial period.
Restrictions.When you use the Member Services, you may not (or attempt to):
  • Use any part of the Member Services in an illegal manner or for an illegal purpose;
  • Share your SkalePLUS account password with someone else to allow them to access any part of the Member Services that such person did not order;
  • Copy, sell, rent, or sublicense the Member Services to any third party;
  • Circumvent, reverse-engineer, modify, disable, or otherwise tamper with any security technology that SkalePLUS or any third-party used to protect the Member Services or encourage or help anyone else to do so;
  • Access the Member Service other than by means authorized by SkalePLUS; or
  • Remove any legal notices or labels on Member Services;
  • Present any false, inaccurate or misleading information in an effort to misrepresent your location or place of residence, and you will not attempt to circumvent any restrictions on access to or availability of the Member Services or content available within the Member Services.
Changes or Discontinuation of Member Services.SkalePLUS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Member Service. Where reasonably practicable, SkalePLUS will provide notice of material changes, suspension, or discontinuation. SkalePLUS will not be liable for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation, except as otherwise required by applicable law.
Removal or Unavailability of Content.In certain cases, content available within a Member Service may become unavailable due to restrictions from our licensors or other legal or policy reasons. SkalePLUS will have no liability to you for any such unavailability. This includes any service, tool, blog or any other services.
Changes to the Membership Terms of Service.We may change these Membership Terms of Service from time to time so we encourage you to periodically review the most up-to-date version at our website. If you refuse to accept the updated Membership Terms of Service then SkalePLUS reserves its right to discontinue your use of the Member Services.
Communications.By using the Member Services, you consent to receiving communications from us including marketing communications such as newsletters about SkalePLUS features and content, special offers, promotional announcements, and customer surveys, to your registered email address or via other methods. If you no longer want to receive such communications use the unsubscribe button in the email that you receive.
Other Terms.You acknowledge and agree that certain content available in the Member Services may be considered offensive to some people and that such content may not be labeled as such. Additionally, certain descriptions of Member Services or content available in the Member Services are not guaranteed to be accurate. You agree to use the Member Services at your own risk and, subject to applicable laws, SkalePLUS will have no liability to you for any content, or interactions on the platform that you find offensive.

You agree that you are solely responsible for (and that SkalePLUS has no responsibility to you for) your use of any Member Service, any breach of your obligations under the Membership Terms of Service, and for the consequences (including loss or damage of any kind which SkalePLUS may suffer) of any such breach.You acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for paying all fees in a timely manner and for providing us with a valid credit card or other form of payment acceptable to SkalePLUS.You acknowledge that your online acceptance of these or any other terms constitute a binding agreement between you and SkalePLUS and signify your intent to be bound to such online acceptances. Subject to applicable laws, in no event will SkalePLUS's liability for any and all causes of action brought by you or any agent of yours arising from or related to the services exceed the payments actually received and retained by SkalePLUS from you for the Member Services.Unless not permitted by applicable law, you acknowledge and agree that these Membership Terms of Service, your transaction for the Member Services, and your relationship with SkalePLUS under these Membership Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without respect to its conflict of laws principles, and any claim or dispute that arises in whole or in part from your use of the SkalePLUS Services.
